Ivan obtained his bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in Medical Engineering from the University of Hong Kong. While currently pursuing a PhD in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Manchester, he also works as a part-time cover supervisor for a high school in the UK. He has been an examiner for the International Baccalaureate (IB) program for eight years. He is experienced in teaching Science subjects at IGCSE/GCSE/IB/HKDSE levels.
Ivan had been the headmaster of one of the top international schools in Shenzhen, China. He has over 14 years of teaching experience in international schools, and over 20 years of experience as a tutor. Ivan also worked as a senior research associate at the University of Hong Kong. He published a research paper on how to enhance the quality of teaching at university. He and his lab mates also worked closely on improving cardiovascular imaging and cancer therapy. These research experiences have imbued him with extensive knowledge of drug chemistry and material science, making him an expert in real-world applications of chemistry, physics and mathematics. As some of you may know, how chemistry is applied in today’s society is an important part of I/GCSE Chemistry. Dr. Kristy

Dr. Kristy holds a PhD in Environmental Science and a Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. With over 10 years of teaching and tutoring experience, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her students.
Dr. Kristy has worked as a post-doctoral research fellow at universities and published numerous high-impact papers in esteemed academic journals. An award-winning scientist, Dr. Kristy has been interviewed by various media outlets on public health issues. She has also delivered talks at numerous seminars and conferences. Her overseas teaching experience has further enriched her global perspective and teaching approaches.

Jordan graduated from The Chinese University of Hong Kong with a first class honours Bachelor’s degree in Food and Nutritional Science and a minor in Statistics. Dr. KC Mok

Dr. KC Mok is currently on an MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery) program at the University of Hong Kong. He graduated from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology with a Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Molecular Biomedical Sciences (First Class Honors) and minoring in Biochemistry, Chemistry and Biology. He later completed his PhD study in Medicine on the topic of targeted cancer therapy at the University of Hong Kong.
Dr. Mok achieved excellent results while at secondary school. During his university studies, he has earned a place on the Dean’s List and received many academic scholarships. He has over eight years’ experience teaching Biology, Chemistry and Physics and is familiar with different public examination syllabuses.
